Laitaoui Hospitality Group is a family-owned South Florida company specializing in restaurant management, corporate café operations, catering services, and community farmers markets.
Founded and managed by husband-and-wife team Karim and Oxana Laitaoui, we combine more than 25 years of international hospitality experience with hands-on local business management.
With a team of approximately 20 to 30 employees, we work closely with commercial property owners, residential communities, and municipalities to create welcoming spaces and professionally managed hospitality experiences.

LPP Café provides customized hospitality solutions for commercial office buildings. Our two Boca Raton café locations offer fresh breakfast and lunch options, specialty coffee, grab-and-go dining, and online ordering.

The Ship's Galley is a locally operated restaurant within the Point of Americas residential community in Fort Lauderdale. Our team manages daily restaurant operations, food preparation, staffing, and service, with an emphasis on building relationships with residents.

SoFlo Farmers Market is our community-focused market initiative dedicated to supporting local farmers, food producers, artisans, and small businesses. We coordinate vendor recruitment, event planning, marketing, logistics, and on-site management to create vibrant markets tailored to each location.

Karim and Oxana Laitaoui bring together operational experience, creative business development, and a passion for building meaningful community spaces.
Born and raised in Paris, Karim is a Michelin-trained chef and hospitality entrepreneur with more than 25 years of international experience. His background includes restaurant ownership, multi-location food service operations, and joint-venture experience with Panera Bread and Paul Bakery. His previous ventures include Bistro 1902 in Hollywood, Le Bureau, and restaurant operations in several international markets. Today, Karim oversees the daily operations and overall management of Laitaoui Hospitality Group.
Oxana brings an entrepreneurial background spanning hospitality, marketing, fashion, and digital media. A graduate of Baruch College in New York, she co-founded LPP Café and established FOXYLAB New York, an independent art and fashion platform. Within Laitaoui Hospitality Group, Oxana oversees marketing, branding, business communications, and partnership development while supporting operations across the company's businesses.
FOXYLAB New York is an independent art and fashion platform combining a contemporary brand with an international digital magazine. Through artist collaborations, limited-edition collections, editorial features, and creative projects, FOXYLAB supports emerging and established talent and connects art, fashion, and contemporary culture.
